The Chiefs' star has been undergoing strength and conditioning training with Spruill in order to get back into peak physical condition, while also enjoying his second favorite sport - golf.
He was spotted lifting weights and doing light sprints in a workout that lasted around 40 minutes and was joined by his friend Ross Travis and personal chef Kumar Ferguson.
Ferguson has been cooking up a storm for the NFL player, posting dishes with stone crab, steak, yellowfish tuna and granola with yogurt.
Kelce first met Spruill, who grew up in Kansas, while training in Boca for the 2013 NFL Combine.

'I read where she talked about it, the different things she does to work out. She has a workout routine where she runs on a treadmill and sprints while trying to sing her songs.'
Spruill, 40, was also quick to shut down any claims by pundits that partying with Swift was to blame for Kelce's lack of performance last season, instead blaming injuries.

Boca Raton, FL (April 25, 2025) – Emergency responders from Boca Raton rushed to the scene of a tragic aircraft crash Friday morning that left three people dead and one driver injured. The devastating accident occurred around 10:20 a.m. along N Military Trl, just north of the Boca Raton Airport.
According to information released by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and local authorities, a Cessna 310 aircraft had just departed from Boca Raton Airport en route to Tallahassee International Airport when it encountered apparent mechanical issues. Robert Given of CBRE would conduct the auction. The court previously approved CBRE to broker the sale of the property.
According to the motion for auction, the secured liens on the apartment complex are a $195 million mortgage with Parlex 15 Finco, an affiliate of investment giant Blackstone, and $2.8 million in property taxes owed to Palm Beach County.
There’s no stalking-horse bidder at this time, but the bid procedures set a May 16 deadline for a stalking-horse bidder to step forward. The bid deadline would be June 10, with a 10% deposit required.
Attorney Bradley Shraiberg, who represents the debtor in the case, didn’t respond to a request for comment. In his motion to hold an auction, he said the debtor values the apartment complex at $272.5 million.
Bankruptcy Judge Erik P. Kimball will hold a hearing on the bidding procedures April 23.
Via Mizner Owner I filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in January. It generated gross revenue of $17 million in 2024.
The Chapter 11 filing stayed a UCC auction that Blackstone had pending against the debtor over the $195 million mortgage.
According to its March 13 motion to hire CBRE, the debtor reached an agreement with Blackstone to market the property for sale with a national broker at the same time it sought to refinance the loan. In exchange, Blackstone dropped its motion to dismiss the bankruptcy case and agreed not to sue for a personal guaranty. According to the agreement between the debtor and Blackstone, if the apartments weren’t refinanced by April 15, the debtor must seek court approval to auction its assets by June 16.
