Our cherished bulldog, Bruiser, was a unique boy. He stood out from other dogs. Like Bruiser, IrresistiBulls stands out from other breeders because we base our breeding practices on science and careful consideration.

Our goal isn't just about selling English bulldog puppies. It's to ensure that every puppy we breed excels in health, temperament, intelligence, and obedience. World-Class Bulldog Lineage from Around the World

An Improved Process of Breeding Purebred English Bulldog Puppies for Sale in Newark, NJ

Breeding any dog, especially English bulldogs, poses health concerns. We make every effort to breed English bulldogs with the desirable genetic traits while working to eliminate those that could result in health problems. The key is to avoid breeding puppies that are closely related and could potentially have genetic abnormalities.

Unfortunately, some breeders are either irresponsible or lack an understanding of the complexities involved in producing healthy English bulldog lines. We only breed dogs with the best-quality lineages and never take unnecessary risks by breeding dogs with overly similar ancestry. This approach safeguards not only our business but also the well-being of the puppies and the families who welcome them into their homes.

However, bringing a bulldog puppy home necessitates careful forethought and organization to guarantee a seamless adjustment for both you and your new furry pal. Keep these essential tips in mind when it's time to bring your bulldog puppy to your den.

Safe Space

Create a Safe Space

Choose a cozy and secure spot in your home for your bulldog puppy to relax and feel at ease. You might want to opt for a crate or a puppy playpen to create a snug and den-like space for them.

Supplies

Stock Up on Supplies

Gather essential supplies such as water and food, nutritious and high-quality puppy food, a leash and a collar, bedding, chew toys, and grooming items. If you're worried about overdoing it, don't fret. It's better to be overprepared and have extra than to be underprepared and need more supplies.

Puppy-Proof

Puppy-Proof Your Property

It's important to get your home ready for your new bulldog puppies before they arrive. English bulldog pups are inquisitive by nature and love to play, so expect some high-energy bonding early on. Clear away any small objects that could be swallowed, hide electrical cords, and remove any toxic plants to keep them safe.

Settling

Settling In After the First Few Days

During the initial days following the arrival of your bulldog puppy, it's essential to focus on establishing a nurturing environment and a consistent routine to build a strong bond. Here are some helpful tips to help your puppy settle in smoothly.

Routine

Get a Routine Going ASAP

If there's one thing bulldogs thrive on (besides nutritious, yummy food), it's a routine. After you've been with your new bulldog puppy for a few days, try creating a schedule. Plan out time for eating, bathroom breaks, training, and playing. We should note that it's important to create a schedule that can be incorporated into your family's routine. You don't need to rearrange your life, but you will need to cater to your new doggo to an extent.

Remain Calm

Try to Remain Calm and Patient

If you had to move to a new home when you were very young, you probably have an idea how a bulldog puppy would feel, too. It can be overwhelming - not just for your bulldog, but for you too. That's why you should try to be as patient and calm as possible while your new addition gets acclimated to their new surroundings.

Whether you're an experienced dog owner or a newcomer, bringing your puppy into their new home should be nothing but a joyful occasion. At IrresistiBulls, we're happy to help make sure you don't go home in a tizzy. That way, you can focus on spending time with your bulldog puppy and creating a loving home from day one.

Top 5 Reasons to Consider English Bulldog Puppies for Sale in Newark, NJ

Have you ever met an English bulldog owner who didn't love their pup? We haven't. If you're still on the fence about buying a bulldog puppy for you or your family, you may want to re-think that stance after reading these reasons.

 Playful Bulldog Images Newark, NJ

Generally speaking, bulldogs are great pets for kids. That's because they're incredibly calm, fiercely devoted, and, well, lazy. A screaming, tugging child doesn't faze them. They'll even let little ones dress them in cowboy hats and tutus without batting an eye.

 Family-friendly Bulldogs Newark, NJ

Owning a bulldog means there's rarely a dull moment in your home. Whether they're snoring so loud it puts your sleep apnea to shame or interrupting your thoughts with a little flatulence, English bulldogs will make you smile even if you're in a bad mood.

Make no mistake - bulldogs must get exercise to remain healthy. However, when given the choice, many bulldogs would rather curl up on the couch with you than go for a multi-mile run.

English Bulldog Puppies Newark, NJ

If you think breeds like border collies get all the credit for being smart, think again. Have you ever seen a border collie ride a skateboard or surf a wave? Probably not - but bulldogs are known for such feats. That's due in part to their low center of gravity, but it's mostly because bulldogs are so cool.

NEWARK, N.J. -- An Alaska Airlines 737 and a FedEx 777 cargo plane nearly collided as they attempted to land on intersecting runways at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, according to radar data from FlightRadar24.

The incident happened around 8:17 p.m. Tuesday as the Alaska flight arrived from Portland, Oregon, and the FedEx plane arrived from Memphis, Tennessee, according to the data.

Air traffic control told the Alaska plane to go around seconds before it touched down while the plane was just 150 feet in the air, according to air traffic control audio and FlightRadar24 data. Meanwhile, the FedEx plane continued its landing on the intersecting runway.

Preliminary data from Flightradar24 shows the Alaska plane cleared the FedEx plane by just 300 to 325 feet.

The former vice president of the Federal Aviation Administration said Tuesday's issue came down to two runways that intersect.

"It is a challenge for a tower controller to try to get that timing perfect; it doesn't always work. And that's what happened in this case. So the tower controller waited, and, unfortunately in my opinion too long, and they had to send the aircraft on a go-around," Michael McCormick said.

The incident comes two weeks after a Singapore Airlines plane clipped its wing with the tail of a parked Spirit Airlines plane on March 3.

In that case, the planes were in the area of the airport where air traffic controllers do not control the traffic.

The FAA calls go-arounds a "routine safety procedure," and says it is investigating

Alaska Airlines and FedEx both released statements on Thursday afternoon.

"Following instructions from air traffic control, the flight crew of FedEx flight 721 landed safely without incident at Newark Liberty International Airport Tuesday. Please direct further questions to the FAA," FedEx said in a statement.

"On Tuesday, March 17, Alaska Airlines Flight 294 was cleared to land at Newark Liberty International Airport. Air traffic control issued a go around to our aircraft, which our pilots are highly trained for. We're aware the FAA and NTSB are investigating, and any further information would come from those agencies," Alaska Airlines said in their statement.

Tuesday's incident comes amid the partial government shutdown, which has caused significant staffing shortages for the Transportation Security Administration and longer security wait times at some airports

The massive hiking/biking path will cross through Bloomfield, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Jersey City, Kearny, Montclair, Newark and Secaucus.

Work continues to chug along on New Jersey’s newest state park.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will be hosting a community “visioning session” this weekend about the next leg of the Essex-Hudson Greenway.

Work officially began on the ambitious project last year. The plan? Transform an old, defunct nine-mile railroad line in North Jersey into a 100-foot-wide biking and hiking path.

When it’s complete, New Jersey’s newest state park will cross above the Passaic and Hackensack rivers and pass through eight towns in some of the most densely populated parts of the state: Bloomfield, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Jersey City, Kearny, Montclair, Newark and Secaucus.

Construction of the nearly one-mile Newark portion of the park is underway and is anticipated to open in 2027. Read More: Long-Awaited 'Greenway' Is Shaping Up In North Jersey

Now, eyes are turning to the next leg of the greenway.

The NJDEP is inviting the public to learn more about the Glen Ridge segment at an open house-style event on Saturday, March 21. People can visit the Benson Street Garden at 76 Benson Street in Glen Ridge any time between 9 a.m. and noon. No advance registration is necessary; get directions here.

Information that will be displayed during the session comes from the NJDEP’s Vision & Action Plan, which was released in January.

All areas of the future state park are currently closed to public access. Learn more about the project and its timeline here. See a list of frequently asked questions here.

The NJDEP acquired the property from Norfolk Southern Corporation in 2022 after years of pleas from local advocates. The rail line last served commuters in 2002, when NJ Transit discontinued operations due to the opening of an alternate line with direct service to New York and high repair costs associated with two bridges on the line. Work on the greenway will take place in sections: Central, West and East:

According to the governor’s office, the nearly one-mile Newark segment of the greenway is the largest single investment in state history for the acquisition and development of a new state park, with this phase of construction totaling $69.2 million.

Newark, NJ (March 16, 2026) – A man suffered critical injuries on Monday, March 16, after a fire broke out inside an apartment building in Newark.

The fire happened at about 4:00 a.m. at an apartment located at 319 Hawthorne Avenue. Emergency units responded quickly after receiving reports of smoke and flames coming from the building.

Firefighters arrived and entered the structure to search for anyone inside. During the search, crews located an unresponsive man in a first-floor apartment.

Rescuers carried the man out of the building and immediately began emergency medical care. Paramedics then transported him to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Newark Public Safety said the victim remained in critical condition as of Monday morning. Authorities have not released the man’s identity.

During the response, one firefighter suffered burns to the hands, wrists, and face while battling the fire. Medical crews transported the injured firefighter to a hospital, where doctors listed the responder in stable condition.

Officials reported that no other injuries occurred during the incident. However, the fire forced two adult residents to leave their home after the blaze damaged the apartment.

Emergency crews worked quickly to bring the flames under control. Firefighters contained the fire at about 4:15 a.m., preventing it from spreading further through the building.

Community assistance groups are helping the displaced residents with temporary support and immediate needs following the incident.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the incident.

Our thoughts remain with the injured victims as they receive medical care and begin their recovery.

How Long Do I Have to File a Fire Injury Lawsuit in New Jersey?

Those injured in a fire in New Jersey have two years from the date of the injury to file a personal injury lawsuit. This time limit is known as the statute of limitations. If you wait longer than the allowed period, courts may decline to review the claim, which makes it important to understand the timeline soon after an incident.

Fire injuries often require extensive medical treatment and long recovery periods. Victims may suffer burns, smoke inhalation, or other breathing problems caused by exposure to heat and toxic fumes. Some injuries need immediate emergency care, while others lead to ongoing treatment such as skin procedures, respiratory therapy, or follow-up hospital visits.

These incidents may occur for several reasons. Electrical problems, cooking accidents, heating equipment failures, or unsafe building conditions can sometimes lead to residential fires. Investigators often review evidence such as building systems, appliances, and maintenance records to determine what factors contributed to the fire.

Medical documentation plays an important role after a fire injury. Hospital reports, treatment records, and physician evaluations help show how the injuries developed and what care was required. These records can also help demonstrate the long-term effects that burn injuries or smoke exposure may have on a person’s health.

Insurance claims may also arise after a fire, especially when property damage and medical treatment occur at the same time. Insurance companies often review incident reports, repair estimates, and medical bills before deciding how claims move forward.

Because these situations can involve several types of documentation, people sometimes look for legal guidance to understand how the process works.

A personal injury attorney may help review fire investigation reports, medical records, and insurance policies while examining the situation. Legal guidance can explain how New Jersey laws apply and what types of compensation may be available for medical expenses, lost income, or other related costs.

If you have questions after a fire injury, speaking with a legal professional may help you better understand your options. Our team at Metro Law has years of experience reviewing accident and injury cases and explaining available legal options under New Jersey law.

We can discuss how medical documentation, insurance communication, and claim timelines may apply to your situation. To learn more about possible next steps, contact Metro Law at (800) 469-6476 to speak with our attorneys about your case.
