When it comes to buying purebred puppies, there are a lot of breeds and questions to consider. Do you want an outdoor pup or one that spends its time indoors? Are you looking for a tiny dog you can take with you everywhere or a larger breed you can lay with on the couch? Of all the purebred puppies to choose from, none are quite like the English bulldog. Their sourmug face might not be for everyone, but if your ideal version of man's best friend is a snorty, stocky ball of wrinkles that loves to lounge, a bulldog could be perfect for you.
Bulldogs are beloved for their unique looks and charming personalities. They have strong reputations for being loyal companions, making them incredibly popular for families and individuals alike. There's just something about their squishy face and bowling ball body that makes you want to love and cuddle them forever. Unfortunately, finding a purebred English bulldog from your local shelter is like searching for a needle in a haystack. When you factor in the fact that many English bulldog breeders are less-than-reputable, finding the right bulldog puppies for adoption in Pompano Beach, FL can be challenging.
If you've been searching high and low for purebred English bulldog puppies from a responsible breeder, don't give up hope. Your search may be coming to an end sooner than you think with the help of IrresistiBulls.
IrresistiBulls was born out of love for the English bulldog who first graced our world, Bruiser. It became our mission to spread the joy he afforded us to families around the nation. We pride ourselves on being more than just breeders; we're a lifelong support system for our families. Unlike many competitors, we stay in touch with each family that purchases from us. We make it a point to offer expert tips and tricks for any challenges that may arise, which can help save you time, money, and a trip to the vet.
At IrresistiBulls, breeding English bulldogs isn't just a career choice. It's a passion. When you welcome a bulldog pup from our program into your home, you're not just getting any dog - you're gaining a remarkable English bulldog with a documented lineage of health, intelligence, and obedience - as well as all the hallmark traits that make English bulldogs beloved. While our dogs come from champion lines, they're perfect for families, provide unconditional love, and will probably be your new dinner bell, too.
Our cherished bulldog, Bruiser, was a unique boy. He stood out from other dogs. Like Bruiser, IrresistiBulls stands out from other breeders because we base our breeding practices on science and careful consideration.
Our goal isn't just about selling English bulldog puppies. It's to ensure that every puppy we breed excels in health, temperament, intelligence, and obedience. We don't rely on trial and error, which often yields more errors than successes. Extensive research underpins our methods to guarantee the best possible outcomes. Our dedication extends not only to the families welcoming our puppies into their homes but also to the well-being and quality of life of the puppies themselves. That's the IrresistiBulls difference.
When it comes to longevity, health, temperament, and intelligence, it all starts with the dam and sire. That's why our English bulldog sires and dams are carefully selected for their excellence, champion bloodlines, and genetic traits. We're not your run-of-the-mill English bulldog breeders in South Carolina; we've perfected our method. We genuinely care and view every puppy we bring into the world as a part of our extended family. Each one of our dogs is truly the "cream of the crop," guaranteed to pass on greatness to their offspring.
Simply put, we truly care about our bulldogs and the families that build cherished memories with them. We're incredibly thankful to have worked with so many amazing clients who trust our process and value our commitment to the health and wellness of our bulldog pups. Our wonderful clients recommend their friends and family members to IrresistiBulls because we prioritize:
When you buy from IrresistiBulls, you can rest easy knowing you're getting the best of the best. We take pride in ethically breeding our puppies by using champion bloodlines from different parts of the world. By doing this, we reduce the chances of our puppies inheriting common health issues that can affect English bulldogs. Our puppies come from well-regarded show dog ancestry from countries like Ukraine, Spain, and Russia, to name a few.
We meticulously breed for highly coveted traits and take proactive measures to limit traits that can lead to health conditions in your puppy. Our efforts have successfully eliminated issues such as corkscrew tails and narrow nares, ensuring a worry-free experience for our puppies and their new families.
Breeding any dog, especially English bulldogs, poses health concerns. We make every effort to breed English bulldogs with the desirable genetic traits while working to eliminate those that could result in health problems. The key is to avoid breeding puppies that are closely related and could potentially have genetic abnormalities.
Unfortunately, some breeders are either irresponsible or lack an understanding of the complexities involved in producing healthy English bulldog lines. We only breed dogs with the best-quality lineages and never take unnecessary risks by breeding dogs with overly similar ancestry. This approach safeguards not only our business but also the well-being of the puppies and the families who welcome them into their homes.
When you bring one of our puppies for sale into your home, you become a permanent part of our extended family.
Our IrresistiBulls are usually reserved before the litter is even born. Securing a spot on our reservation list is essential once we confirm a pregnancy. While we strive to honor all reservations, sometimes we have to leave it to nature, so there are no guarantees regarding litter arrivals and viability. However, once you've reserved your new English bulldog puppy, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. As English bulldog lovers, we understand your excitement about welcoming a new addition to your family. That's why we do our best to minimize the uncertainties and challenges that can arise during the breeding process.
All English bulldog puppies for sale are priced at $4,500.00. Deposits are $500.00. Please visit our website to learn more and see our selection of upcoming Availabulls. Buying English bulldog puppies for sale in Pompano Beach, FL is a joyful and exciting experience. Whether you're a single pup parent or have a family with children, you'll love your new bulldogs' affectionate, loyal nature and will laugh out loud at their quirky attitude. However, bringing a bulldog puppy home necessitates careful forethought and organization to guarantee a seamless adjustment for both you and your new furry pal. Keep these essential tips in mind when it's time to bring your bulldog puppy to your den.
Choose a cozy and secure spot in your home for your bulldog puppy to relax and feel at ease. You might want to opt for a crate or a puppy playpen to create a snug and den-like space for them.
Gather essential supplies such as water and food, nutritious and high-quality puppy food, a leash and a collar, bedding, chew toys, and grooming items. If you're worried about overdoing it, don't fret. It's better to be overprepared and have extra than to be underprepared and need more supplies.
It's important to get your home ready for your new bulldog puppies before they arrive. English bulldog pups are inquisitive by nature and love to play, so expect some high-energy bonding early on. Clear away any small objects that could be swallowed, hide electrical cords, and remove any toxic plants to keep them safe.
Bulldog puppies for adoption in Pompano Beach, FL from IrresistiBulls arrive at your home having had all the proper shots and worming medicines required. However, you should already have a follow-up visit scheduled with your vet before your new family member arrives. Doing so will help you and your vet get on the same page regarding deworming, vaccinations, and preventative healthcare plans.
In the first few days, weeks, and sometimes months, it can be challenging to adjust to having a new puppy at home. Puppies are quite complex, and just like with any newborn, having reliable guidance and essential tools isn't just a luxury - it alleviates stress and makes the process of welcoming and training the puppy much smoother. At IrresistiBulls, we offer a puppy starter kit to provide you with the necessary information on puppy care, the resources you may require along the way, and, of course, an assortment of toys to enrich the bonding experience with your new furry friend.
During the initial days following the arrival of your bulldog puppy, it's essential to focus on establishing a nurturing environment and a consistent routine to build a strong bond. Here are some helpful tips to help your puppy settle in smoothly.
If there's one thing bulldogs thrive on (besides nutritious, yummy food), it's a routine. After you've been with your new bulldog puppy for a few days, try creating a schedule. Plan out time for eating, bathroom breaks, training, and playing. We should note that it's important to create a schedule that can be incorporated into your family's routine. You don't need to rearrange your life, but you will need to cater to your new doggo to an extent.
If you had to move to a new home when you were very young, you probably have an idea how a bulldog puppy would feel, too. It can be overwhelming - not just for your bulldog, but for you too. That's why you should try to be as patient and calm as possible while your new addition gets acclimated to their new surroundings.
Whether you're an experienced dog owner or a newcomer, bringing your puppy into their new home should be nothing but a joyful occasion. At IrresistiBulls, we're happy to help make sure you don't go home in a tizzy. That way, you can focus on spending time with your bulldog puppy and creating a loving home from day one.
Bulldogs are undeniably one of the most adored dog breeds in the world. Their wrinkled faces, stocky bods, and fun personalities have endeared them to dog lovers everywhere. Have you ever met an English bulldog owner who didn't love their pup? We haven't. If you're still on the fence about buying a bulldog puppy for you or your family, you may want to re-think that stance after reading these reasons.
Like, seriously adorable. The wrinkles. The jowls. The saggy eyes. Bulldogs epitomize "Aww, how cute!" especially when they're young. There's just something about grabbing a big wrinkly head and planting a huge kiss right in the middle.
Generally speaking, bulldogs are great pets for kids. That's because they're incredibly calm, fiercely devoted, and, well, lazy. A screaming, tugging child doesn't faze them. They'll even let little ones dress them in cowboy hats and tutus without batting an eye.
Owning a bulldog means there's rarely a dull moment in your home. Whether they're snoring so loud it puts your sleep apnea to shame or interrupting your thoughts with a little flatulence, English bulldogs will make you smile even if you're in a bad mood.
Make no mistake - bulldogs must get exercise to remain healthy. However, when given the choice, many bulldogs would rather curl up on the couch with you than go for a multi-mile run.
If you think breeds like border collies get all the credit for being smart, think again. Have you ever seen a border collie ride a skateboard or surf a wave? Probably not - but bulldogs are known for such feats. That's due in part to their low center of gravity, but it's mostly because bulldogs are so cool.
When you trust IrresistiBulls as your bulldog puppy breeder, we believe it's our privilege and duty to provide you with a healthy, happy dog. Every English bulldog we ship in the U.S. is both a part of our beloved Bruiser and also a new part of your family's heart. At the end of the day, our goal is for you to discover your new companion, family mascot, or hot mess without having to worry about shady practices or inconvenient logistics.
We know you'll fall in love as soon as you lay eyes on your new IrresistiBull, just like we did when Bruiser blessed our lives. Contact our office today to learn more about what separates us from other breeders and how we can make your English bulldog ownership dreams come true.

POMPANO BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Days after making landfall in the Panhandle, South Floridians are stepping in to help those affected by Helene.
About 400 miles away from South Florida, the videos and images of Hurricane Helene’s aftermath are devastating.
Homes were gone, businesses were destroyed, neighborhoods were flooded, and lives were changed.
A Pompano Beach business owner and philanthropist is mobilizing for our neighbors up north to the hard-hit areas, where local task forces were deployed and this isn’t the first time.
It all started with Hurricane Andrew. Since then he’s collected, donated, and distributed supplies after about a dozen major hurricanes across several states and this time is no different.
“It really took a toll so I said to myself were not going to sit by and not going to help,” said Steven Gurowitz. “It’s heart-wrenching. You can’t sleep for a couple hours.”
Steven Gurowitz, owner of Interiors by Steven G, hosted a donation drive Monday morning and will be taking essentials to the Big Bend area as well as North Carolina, which was hit hard by the flooding.
They will be collecting donations at the company’s warehouse, located at 2818 Centerport Circle in Pompano Beach, through Wednesday, and sending the truckloads of supplies to the heavy-hit areas.
Some of the supplies you can donate include water, batteries, flashlights, tarps, first-aid kits, canned goods, formula, toilet paper, tarps, pet food and diapers.
“We have nine Amazon trucks alone that that will be here. We have clients and friends as far as New York that are federal expressing us things and emailing us gift cards, but so far what we’re hearing is if nothing’s open the gift cards are useless. So, my team at Interiors by Steven G, all the girls they go out shopping, ” said Steven. “I have five trucks we can pick up anywhere in town and we want to make it easy for people.”
He said what Helene left behind is the worst he’s ever seen.
“The span of what this has covered and the devastation and damage that it has done,” said Steven.
This is just one of the many local businesses and organizations that felt inclined to take action and help support the victims of Helene.
“Water is the biggest item that everybody needs cause they can’t bathe and they have nothing to drink. And seeing the impact of this and the range in which it is impacted. Not just the big curve[ The Big Bend], but it impacted the Carolina’s in a major way,” said Steven “So, how do you sit back and just watch?”
Hurricane Helene’s path of destruction stretched across several states including Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
Video shared with 7News showed one of Steven’s clients who had to get airlifted out of their home because they were surrounded by rushing floodwaters.
“Yesterday my phone rang literally all day,” said Steven.
Steven hopes what motivates him, will motivate others watching.
“I call it heart. You know how do you sit back?” he said.
He’s certainly not alone, as Feeding South Florida distributed trucks full of food and water for our neighbors up North.
“We’re partnering with our sister food banks in Tampa and Tallahassee to provide them much needed resources, such as water, meals ready to eat,” said Paco Valez with Feeding South Florida.
Veterans of Foreign Wars has organized a drive taking place on Miami Beach.
“If we help our members in northern Florida, they will do the same helping us here down south,” said Jacob Jimenez with VFW.
South Florida Red Cross volunteers have been on the ground for days.
“We have about 900 responders on the ground taking care of about 69 shelters,” said a Red Cross volunteer.
Publix is also helping out big time by donating $1 million towards Hurricane Helene disaster relief.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue’s Florida Task Force 1 continues search and rescue efforts throughout Dixie County, going door-to-door and performing welfare checks to ensure members of the affected communities are keeping safe during the aftermath.
The self-sufficient, 84-member team, comprised of specially trained firefighters, paramedics, physicians, engineers, and search canines, has been canvassing the areas impacted by the disaster.
“The search operation consists of a fast-paced and methodical search to locate anyone who may be in need of help,” said a Florida Task Force 1 service member.
They’re assessing the damage and conducting search and rescue missions in collapsed structures and flood/swift water environments as needed.
Florida Task Force 2 is also hard at work in Taylor County, performing rescues and clearing debris.
As many Big Bend residents are dealing with power outages and utilizing their portable generators to power up their homes, search and rescue teams are reminding residents to exercise caution when using their generators.
Generator exhausts contain carbon monoxide, an odorless, tasteless, and invisible poisonous gas that can be lethal in minutes.
How to use generators safely:
The Panhandle and the Big Bend is in much need after the streets flooded and disastrous winds swept through the area.
If you would like to donate please visit the Interiors by Steven G’s warehouse site. For more drop-off sites, dates and times, or questions please contact Steven G. at 954-592-3332.

Berkadia announced the sale of 247 for-rent condominium units at Breezes at Palm-Aire, a 288-unit, garden-style condominium property located in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Breezes at Palm-Aire sold for an undisclosed price to DGE Investments on August 29. David Alkosser, owner of DGE Investments, is a professional real estate investor and operator with over 35 years of experience in acquiring, renovating, and managing a large portfolio of real estate investments across six states.
Senior Director Yoav Yuhjtman, along with Senior Managing Directors Roberto Pesant and Jaret Turkell, and Associate Director Omar Morales of Berkadia South Florida led the transaction on behalf of the seller, New York-based real estate investment firm Axonic Properties.
“Axonic Properties, led by Jonathan Shechtman and Brian Kennedy, has once again shown their tremendous experience in the fractured condo space. They have done a phenomenal job to unlock the community’s potential since their acquisition of the property,” said Yuhjtman. “This created a great opportunity for DGE Investments to enter the South Florida market with its first purchase and utilize their vast expertise to take the property to the next level.”
Berkadia also arranged Axonic’s 2021 purchase of 153 units at Breezes for $25.39 million. Since then, Axonic acquired 94 more condominium units, giving it control of 86 percent of the property, and completed an exterior and interior renovation program.
“After experiencing tremendous rent growth during our hold period of three years, we were pleased with Berkadia’s execution of this sale and their expertise in South Florida,” added Jonathan Shechtman, Managing Principal of Axonic Properties.
“The fundamentals and potential of South Florida have always been interesting to us,” said Alkosser. “We felt that the timing was right to make our first acquisition and look forward to growing our portfolio in this market.”
Built in 1987 and located at 2801 North Course Drive, Breezes at Palm-Aire features one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 735 square feet to 1,120 square feet, all with in-unit washer and dryer. Current community amenities include a pool and fitness center.
The property affords residents convenient access to a variety of entertainment, dining, office and retail space, hotels and casinos, including the planned 223-acre mixed-use development and casino “The Pomp.”

Pompano Beach/ Palm Beach, FL, Sept. 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Forman Capital, a leading private direct real estate lender, provided a $55.22 million bridge loan to Invesca Development and the Gold Coast Florida Regional Center to convert 214 Class A rental units into for-sale condo residences in Pompano Beach – one of South Florida’s fastest-growing cities. Envy, with two 11-story buildings, is located at 450 E. Atlantic Blvd. between Dixie Highway and U.S. 1. It is part of the Koi master-planned community, with trails, parks and a private 26-slip marina.
Forman Capital’s Ben Jacobson, Scott Mehlman and Ty Regnier originated the loan on behalf of the borrower/sponsor, Envy Development DE, LLC. Jay Miller, Spencer Miller and Noah Rothman of BayBridge Real Estate Capital brokered the financing. The transaction closed on August 29, 2024.
Envy offers studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units ranging from 703 to 1,026 square feet. Each unit is appointed with luxury finishes, stainless steel appliances and a private balcony. The property boasts an array of luxurious amenities including a South Beach-style pool with cabanas, wine lounge, spa, outdoor movie theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa and marina access.
This condo conversion comes at a time when Pompano Beach is in the middle of a building boom. After the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency invested nearly $50 million into capital projects in the city’s downtown between 2012 and 2022, Pompano Beach has experienced a surge of private development and investment activity.
“Pompano Beach is experiencing a true evolution,” said Forman Capital Principal Ben Jacobson. “It is transforming from a quiet seaside town to an exciting year-round destination with substantial new housing, restaurants and entertainment establishments. We love being associated with projects like Envy, which has added a lot of value to the community.”
Prominent developers are enhancing the city with new luxury residential projects that have iconic brand partners, such as Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria.
“Since Pompano has already demonstrated it can support for-sale condos, converting a newer rental project like Envy instead of building new makes a lot of sense. I am confident our client will be highly successful with their plans,” said Mehlman, Forman Capital Partner and Chief Investment Officer.

The Related Group and BH Group filed design plans for a condo and hotel/condo project along the ocean in Pompano Beach.
The city’s Development Review Committee will consider plans for the 3.7-acre site at 20 N. Ocean Blvd. on Aug. 7. The developers, through affiliate 20 North Oceanside Owner LLC, purchased the parking lot for $47.5 million in 2023.

In 2006, the city approved the site for 77 condos, 303 hotel/condo units and a spa, but no construction took place. Instead, the previous owner leased the parking lot to the city for beach parking.
Now, the Related Group and BH Group have revised the design plans for the project, while keeping the same amount of density. The developer’s planning firm, Pompano Beach-based Keith, said the new design was to accommodate a hotel brand that signed on for the project. That brand wasn’t identified.
Officials with Related Group declined comment.
Designed by Coral Gables-based Nichols Architects, the 24-story tower would feature 77 condos, 303 hotel/condo units, 12,464 square feet of banquet facilities, a 12,011-square-foot spa, a 4,400-square-foot hotel restaurant, a 6,741-square-foot restaurant for a tenant, 3,682 square feet of a retail tenant, 542 square feet of hotel retail, three pools and multiple sports courts. Most of the amenities would be on the third floor.
For the condos, there would be 17 two-bedroom units, 37 three-bedroom units, 20 four-bedroom units, and three five-bedroom units.

“The proposed architectural design is inspired by ocean views and a sense of lightness,” the developer stated in the application. “The building's curved massing emphasizes these views, creating an overall lightness through its architectural language. This effect is achieved by breaking up the mass with angled architectural features that detach the tower from the podium and crown.”
Related Group has made big investments in the Pompano Beach condo market in recent years. It built the Solemar condo, it’s currently building the Casamar Residences, and it launched sales in 2023 of the Waldorf Astoria Residences, Pompano Beach.

POMPANO BEACH, Fla., June 24, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- South Florida's Surging Beach Town
South Florida real estate is the most expensive in the Sunshine State, especially anything on the water. But some beach towns have better prices than others - as much as 40% less. All on the same Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico water. In fact, some of the less expensive beachfront towns have better beaches than the expensive towns. Such as Pompano Beach, Florida with its extra-wide beaches, state-of-the-art fishing pier, and clear blue water.
While South Florida beach towns such as Fort Lauderdale, Naples and Miami Beach attracted developers who built dozens of new and expensive condo projects since the 1970s, Pompano Beach was mostly left out until 2007, when the Plaza at Oceanside and Sonata condominium buildings opened. Today, Pompano Beach is surging with a dozen new projects underway or in the planning stages, including an oceanfront Ritz Carlton and a Waldorf Astoria.
After years of being bypassed by developers, Pompano Beach, with its cheaper-and-available oceanfront land, has become the epicenter of Florida oceanfront condo pre-construction. Although real estate prices are on the upswing, especially near the ocean, a good selection of 1960's to 1980's-era oceanfront luxury condos are available at affordable prices. According to Zillow, the average price for neighboring Fort Lauderdale condos and homes in 2023 was $534,211; $596,178 in Naples; and $525,643 in Miami Beach. The average for Pompano Beach condos and homes was $363,917.
Pompano Beach has a lot more going for it than just its world-class beaches. The town is named after the delicious Pompano fish, and it is a prime destination for fishing enthusiasts. Visitors can fish from the free state-of-the-art pier or take a fishing charter and explore the abundant waters of the Atlantic Ocean, including sailfish, wahoo, kingfish, snapper, and mahi-mahi. Pompano Beach has several excellent golf courses. Hit the links and enjoy a round of golf at one of the well-maintained courses, such as the Greg Norman Signature Pines Course or the Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course. Visit places like Fern Forest Nature Center, Hillsboro Inlet Park & Lighthouse, or Pompano Community Park, which offer walking trails, picnic areas, and wildlife viewing opportunities. And plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment, including Music Under the Stars and the annual Seafood Festival.
Even more things to do: Pompano Beach is located next door to Fort Lauderdale and just a few minutes drive to Boca Raton and Hollywood. Palm Beach, Miami and Miami Beach are only about an hour's drive away. Or catch the new high-speed Brightline passenger train that provides frequent and affordable trips between Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.
