When it comes to buying purebred puppies, there are a lot of breeds and questions to consider. Do you want an outdoor pup or one that spends its time indoors? Are you looking for a tiny dog you can take with you everywhere or a larger breed you can lay with on the couch? Of all the purebred puppies to choose from, none are quite like the English bulldog. Their sourmug face might not be for everyone, but if your ideal version of man's best friend is a snorty, stocky ball of wrinkles that loves to lounge, a bulldog could be perfect for you.
Bulldogs are beloved for their unique looks and charming personalities. They have strong reputations for being loyal companions, making them incredibly popular for families and individuals alike. There's just something about their squishy face and bowling ball body that makes you want to love and cuddle them forever. Unfortunately, finding a purebred English bulldog from your local shelter is like searching for a needle in a haystack. When you factor in the fact that many English bulldog breeders are less-than-reputable, finding the right bulldog puppies for adoption in West Palm Beach, FL can be challenging.
If you've been searching high and low for purebred English bulldog puppies from a responsible breeder, don't give up hope. Your search may be coming to an end sooner than you think with the help of IrresistiBulls.
IrresistiBulls was born out of love for the English bulldog who first graced our world, Bruiser. It became our mission to spread the joy he afforded us to families around the nation. We pride ourselves on being more than just breeders; we're a lifelong support system for our families. Unlike many competitors, we stay in touch with each family that purchases from us. We make it a point to offer expert tips and tricks for any challenges that may arise, which can help save you time, money, and a trip to the vet.
At IrresistiBulls, breeding English bulldogs isn't just a career choice. It's a passion. When you welcome a bulldog pup from our program into your home, you're not just getting any dog - you're gaining a remarkable English bulldog with a documented lineage of health, intelligence, and obedience - as well as all the hallmark traits that make English bulldogs beloved. While our dogs come from champion lines, they're perfect for families, provide unconditional love, and will probably be your new dinner bell, too.
Our cherished bulldog, Bruiser, was a unique boy. He stood out from other dogs. Like Bruiser, IrresistiBulls stands out from other breeders because we base our breeding practices on science and careful consideration.
Our goal isn't just about selling English bulldog puppies. It's to ensure that every puppy we breed excels in health, temperament, intelligence, and obedience. We don't rely on trial and error, which often yields more errors than successes. Extensive research underpins our methods to guarantee the best possible outcomes. Our dedication extends not only to the families welcoming our puppies into their homes but also to the well-being and quality of life of the puppies themselves. That's the IrresistiBulls difference.
When it comes to longevity, health, temperament, and intelligence, it all starts with the dam and sire. That's why our English bulldog sires and dams are carefully selected for their excellence, champion bloodlines, and genetic traits. We're not your run-of-the-mill English bulldog breeders in South Carolina; we've perfected our method. We genuinely care and view every puppy we bring into the world as a part of our extended family. Each one of our dogs is truly the "cream of the crop," guaranteed to pass on greatness to their offspring.
Simply put, we truly care about our bulldogs and the families that build cherished memories with them. We're incredibly thankful to have worked with so many amazing clients who trust our process and value our commitment to the health and wellness of our bulldog pups. Our wonderful clients recommend their friends and family members to IrresistiBulls because we prioritize:
When you buy from IrresistiBulls, you can rest easy knowing you're getting the best of the best. We take pride in ethically breeding our puppies by using champion bloodlines from different parts of the world. By doing this, we reduce the chances of our puppies inheriting common health issues that can affect English bulldogs. Our puppies come from well-regarded show dog ancestry from countries like Ukraine, Spain, and Russia, to name a few.
We meticulously breed for highly coveted traits and take proactive measures to limit traits that can lead to health conditions in your puppy. Our efforts have successfully eliminated issues such as corkscrew tails and narrow nares, ensuring a worry-free experience for our puppies and their new families.
Breeding any dog, especially English bulldogs, poses health concerns. We make every effort to breed English bulldogs with the desirable genetic traits while working to eliminate those that could result in health problems. The key is to avoid breeding puppies that are closely related and could potentially have genetic abnormalities.
Unfortunately, some breeders are either irresponsible or lack an understanding of the complexities involved in producing healthy English bulldog lines. We only breed dogs with the best-quality lineages and never take unnecessary risks by breeding dogs with overly similar ancestry. This approach safeguards not only our business but also the well-being of the puppies and the families who welcome them into their homes.
When you bring one of our puppies for sale into your home, you become a permanent part of our extended family.
Our IrresistiBulls are usually reserved before the litter is even born. Securing a spot on our reservation list is essential once we confirm a pregnancy. While we strive to honor all reservations, sometimes we have to leave it to nature, so there are no guarantees regarding litter arrivals and viability. However, once you've reserved your new English bulldog puppy, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. As English bulldog lovers, we understand your excitement about welcoming a new addition to your family. That's why we do our best to minimize the uncertainties and challenges that can arise during the breeding process.

Buying English bulldog puppies for sale in West Palm Beach, FL is a joyful and exciting experience. Whether you're a single pup parent or have a family with children, you'll love your new bulldogs' affectionate, loyal nature and will laugh out loud at their quirky attitude. However, bringing a bulldog puppy home necessitates careful forethought and organization to guarantee a seamless adjustment for both you and your new furry pal. Keep these essential tips in mind when it's time to bring your bulldog puppy to your den.
Choose a cozy and secure spot in your home for your bulldog puppy to relax and feel at ease. You might want to opt for a crate or a puppy playpen to create a snug and den-like space for them.
Gather essential supplies such as water and food, nutritious and high-quality puppy food, a leash and a collar, bedding, chew toys, and grooming items. If you're worried about overdoing it, don't fret. It's better to be overprepared and have extra than to be underprepared and need more supplies.
It's important to get your home ready for your new bulldog puppies before they arrive. English bulldog pups are inquisitive by nature and love to play, so expect some high-energy bonding early on. Clear away any small objects that could be swallowed, hide electrical cords, and remove any toxic plants to keep them safe.
Bulldog puppies for adoption in West Palm Beach, FL from IrresistiBulls arrive at your home having had all the proper shots and worming medicines required. However, you should already have a follow-up visit scheduled with your vet before your new family member arrives. Doing so will help you and your vet get on the same page regarding deworming, vaccinations, and preventative healthcare plans.
In the first few days, weeks, and sometimes months, it can be challenging to adjust to having a new puppy at home. Puppies are quite complex, and just like with any newborn, having reliable guidance and essential tools isn't just a luxury - it alleviates stress and makes the process of welcoming and training the puppy much smoother. At IrresistiBulls, we offer a puppy starter kit to provide you with the necessary information on puppy care, the resources you may require along the way, and, of course, an assortment of toys to enrich the bonding experience with your new furry friend.
During the initial days following the arrival of your bulldog puppy, it's essential to focus on establishing a nurturing environment and a consistent routine to build a strong bond. Here are some helpful tips to help your puppy settle in smoothly.
If there's one thing bulldogs thrive on (besides nutritious, yummy food), it's a routine. After you've been with your new bulldog puppy for a few days, try creating a schedule. Plan out time for eating, bathroom breaks, training, and playing. We should note that it's important to create a schedule that can be incorporated into your family's routine. You don't need to rearrange your life, but you will need to cater to your new doggo to an extent.
If you had to move to a new home when you were very young, you probably have an idea how a bulldog puppy would feel, too. It can be overwhelming - not just for your bulldog, but for you too. That's why you should try to be as patient and calm as possible while your new addition gets acclimated to their new surroundings.
Whether you're an experienced dog owner or a newcomer, bringing your puppy into their new home should be nothing but a joyful occasion. At IrresistiBulls, we're happy to help make sure you don't go home in a tizzy. That way, you can focus on spending time with your bulldog puppy and creating a loving home from day one.
Bulldogs are undeniably one of the most adored dog breeds in the world. Their wrinkled faces, stocky bods, and fun personalities have endeared them to dog lovers everywhere. Have you ever met an English bulldog owner who didn't love their pup? We haven't. If you're still on the fence about buying a bulldog puppy for you or your family, you may want to re-think that stance after reading these reasons.
Like, seriously adorable. The wrinkles. The jowls. The saggy eyes. Bulldogs epitomize "Aww, how cute!" especially when they're young. There's just something about grabbing a big wrinkly head and planting a huge kiss right in the middle.
Generally speaking, bulldogs are great pets for kids. That's because they're incredibly calm, fiercely devoted, and, well, lazy. A screaming, tugging child doesn't faze them. They'll even let little ones dress them in cowboy hats and tutus without batting an eye.
Owning a bulldog means there's rarely a dull moment in your home. Whether they're snoring so loud it puts your sleep apnea to shame or interrupting your thoughts with a little flatulence, English bulldogs will make you smile even if you're in a bad mood.
Make no mistake - bulldogs must get exercise to remain healthy. However, when given the choice, many bulldogs would rather curl up on the couch with you than go for a multi-mile run.
If you think breeds like border collies get all the credit for being smart, think again. Have you ever seen a border collie ride a skateboard or surf a wave? Probably not - but bulldogs are known for such feats. That's due in part to their low center of gravity, but it's mostly because bulldogs are so cool.
When you trust IrresistiBulls as your bulldog puppy breeder, we believe it's our privilege and duty to provide you with a healthy, happy dog. Every English bulldog we ship in the U.S. is both a part of our beloved Bruiser and also a new part of your family's heart. At the end of the day, our goal is for you to discover your new companion, family mascot, or hot mess without having to worry about shady practices or inconvenient logistics.
We know you'll fall in love as soon as you lay eyes on your new IrresistiBull, just like we did when Bruiser blessed our lives. Contact our office today to learn more about what separates us from other breeders and how we can make your English bulldog ownership dreams come true.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. —
While events outdoors, including green markets are, have been canceled because of bitter cold this weekend, the South Florida Fair has an incentive for people to attend the last day.
On Saturday, organizers said anyone wearing shorts Sunday will be admitted free. That includes shorts worn over pants, leggings, long johns or any other creative layering.
When the fair opens at 10 a.m. Sunday, temperatures are forecast to be around freezing.
"If Polar Bear Club members can jump into the icy water in the middle of winter, surely South Floridians can throw on a pair of shorts over their pants and call it a day," Matt Wallsmith, president & CEO of the South Florida Fair, said. "We're expecting some people to have fun with this and take advantage of the free admission, fashion bravery encouraged, dignity optional."
The South Florida Fair will close at 8 p.m. Sunday after a 17-day run.
On Saturday, the fair was open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. when the high temperature only reached the low 60s.
There are plenty of activities indoors in the Expo Center and Concourse buildings, including agriculture exhibits, vendors and shows. Popular attractions include the ice skating and comedy hypnotist.
Elevated attractions, including the Sky Ride and the Thunderbird Swing Ride, will shut down should conditions deteriorate further.
Green markets scheduled for this weekend in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens have been canceled because of the bitter cold, the cities announced Friday.
In West Palm Beach, the city said the event Saturday was canceled "due to inclement weather."
It traditionally runs weekly from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Waterfront Commons on Clematis Street from October through late May. It is in its 31st season.
In Palm Beach Gardens, the event takes place on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at City Hall Municipal Campus. The city said the event was canceled because of "weather conditions and safety concerns," though the website says "this event is rain or shine."
The city's Aquatic Complex also will be closed Sunday. The Tennis & Pickleball Center will have a delayed openings at 9 a.m. Sunday and Monday.
Other events affected by the cold weather.
Riviera Beach's “Restoring the Village Community Picnic” on Sunday has been rescheduled for seven days later at 1 p.m.
Wellington's Aquatics Center and Wellington Tennis Center will be closed Sunday but is scheduled to reopen Monday.
Indian River County's North County Aquatic Center and the Gifford Aquatic Center closed at noon Saturday. Gifford is scheduled to reopen at 10 a.m. Tuesday and North County will reopen once air and “real feel” temperatures rise above 50°F and pool water reaches 73°F or higher.

West Palm Beach Neighbors Ask Judge To Force City Action Over Setback Dispute Near Washington Road
, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A pair of West Palm Beach homeowners has filed a civil complaint in Palm Beach County Circuit Court seeking a court order that would require the City of West Palm Beach to take specific enforcement steps tied to a zoning setback dispute involving a nearby home construction project.
The case is Allen Shutt and Julie Shutt v. City of West Palm Beach and Barking Dog Florida LLC, filed in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, under Case No. 502026CA001006XXXAMB. Court records show the complaint was filed Jan. 27, 2026.
In the filing, the Shutts describe themselves as neighboring property owners and allege the city has not carried out what they characterize as a non-discretionary duty to enforce its zoning and land development regulations after a city board denied a requested variance tied to side setbacks. The complaint is styled as a verified complaint seeking a writ of mandamus and injunctive relief, and it repeatedly states the allegations are aimed at compelling city action rather than seeking a damages award for past conduct.
The complaint names Barking Dog Florida LLC as the owner of the property at issue, described in the filing as 3015 Washington Road, West Palm Beach, and identifies the Shutts’ property as adjacent and located at 3019 Washington Road, West Palm Beach, according to the complaint. The disputed issue centers on what the plaintiffs describe as construction that encroaches into a required “cumulative side setback” under the city’s zoning rules.
According to the complaint, a prior application tied to the property was connected to a certificate of appropriateness process and later permitting, and the filing claims city staff later discovered the proposed new construction did not comply with the minimum side setback rules. The complaint alleges Barking Dog purchased the property in mid-2024 and that construction began in early 2025.
The filing lays out a timeline tied to a variance request that, according to the complaint, was first set to be heard in late September 2025 and later handled at an October 2025 meeting of the city’s Historic Preservation Board. The complaint states the city prepared staff reports for that process, and it quotes from a transcript of the board hearing to support the plaintiffs’ contention that city staff acknowledged errors in the earlier approval pathway and described the city’s approach as an effort to “move ahead” with the request while addressing neighbors’ concerns.
The complaint further alleges the Historic Preservation Board ultimately denied the variance request by a 6–1 vote. The plaintiffs cite board discussion and the written criteria used for variance decisions as part of their argument that the denial should have triggered enforcement steps under the city code.
In terms of relief, the plaintiffs ask the court to issue an order compelling the city to enforce the cited zoning provision and to require the city to order removal of any portion of the new single-family residence that the plaintiffs claim was built within the cumulative side setback. They also seek injunctive relief intended to stop continued construction activity and to prevent the issuance of additional approvals, permits, or a certificate of occupancy while any portion of the residence remains within the setback area described in the complaint.
As with all civil filings at this stage, the complaint is a set of allegations and requests by the plaintiffs and has not been proven in court. The defendants may respond in court filings, and the claims will be subject to judicial review and any defenses raised in the case.
The original complaint, Allen Shutt and Julie Shutt v. City of West Palm Beach and Barking Dog Florida LLC, Case No. 502026CA001006XXXAMB, as filed Jan. 27, 2026, with the Clerk of Court, can be viewed here.

Who's up for a nighttime launch this weekend? A rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida, is scheduled to lift off.
SpaceX plans to send a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 29 Starlink internet satellites into low-Earth orbit on Sunday, Jan. 18.
Although rockets in Florida launch from NASA's Kennedy Space Center near Merritt Island, Florida, or Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, people in Palm Beach County can sometimes see this phenomenon.
Weather permitting and depending on cloud cover and trajectory, a rocket launch from Florida’s Space Coast is sometimes visible as far north as Jacksonville Beach and as far south as West Palm Beach.
When there’s a nighttime launch window or very early morning, there’s an opportunity for unique photos — the rocket lights up the dark sky and the contrail after makes for a great photo.
Below is more information on the doubleheader rocket launches from Florida and suggestions on where to watch them in person (or virtually via the USA TODAY Network’s Space Team).
For questions or comments, email FLORIDA TODAY Space Reporter Rick Neale at rneale@floridatoday.com or Space Reporter Brooke Edwards at bedwards@floridatoday.com. For more space news from the USA TODAY Network, visit floridatoday.com/space.
Upcoming SpaceX rocket launch schedule in FloridaShown above is the National Weather Service-Melbourne radar, which shows conditions in real-time for the Space Coast, Brevard County, Orlando, and other parts of Florida. The current date and time should appear on the bottom right of this radar; otherwise, you may need to clear your cache.
Weather permitting and depending on cloud cover, some rocket launches from the Space Coast can be visible in Palm Beach County.
When there’s a launch window in the middle of the night or very early morning, with a southeast trajectory, there’s an opportunity for unique photos. Some examples include United Launch Alliance's Delta IV Heavy rocket launch and SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket.
From Cape Canaveral, Florida, to West Palm Beach, Florida, it's about 150 miles.
In October 2025, the SpaceX Starship rocket, the world's largest, launched from Starbase, Texas, and was spotted in parts of Palm Beach County, Florida, shortly after liftoff. Starbase, headquarters for SpaceX in South Texas, is about 1,500 miles away from this part of Florida.
Rocket launches from Cape Canaveral can often be seen from Palm Beach County, and it can be as easy as walking out of your house and looking north. Try to get away from any obstructions, such as trees, tall buildings, and bright lights. Obviously, cloud cover can also get in the way.
If the forecast is for clear skies and you want a better view, some good places to watch the rocket launch from Palm Beach County include:

As I'm stuck in my NYC apartment on a brisk day in January, I can't help but daydream about the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach in Florida. I spent one night there in October 2025 and booked the cheapest available room for $920.
Sitting in a cushioned rattan chair on my balcony as the sun went down, I could see the pool surrounded by palms and cabanas, tropical gardens, and the five-star hotel's private beach. It was the epitome of tropical luxury, and I couldn't believe I'd be leaving in the morning.
The oceanfront hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, is four stories tall with 207 rooms and suites — all of which have their own balcony.
I've stayed at three Four Seasons hotels, and one thing I've learned is that each location is designed to suit the destination. So I wasn't surprised when I stepped inside the lobby and found a tropical decor style.
With details like chandeliers resembling ropes and pastel pillows patterned with fruit and leaves, it was impossible to forget I was in Florida.
I booked a Palm View room, complete with a king-sized bed across from a TV, a small sitting area, and plenty of floor space. The interior design blended midcentury modern furnishings with pastel accents, making the room feel like a little beach house.
The bathroom had a double sink and vanity, a bathtub, a spacious standing shower, and a toilet separated by a door. I especially appreciated the cozy terry bathrobe. The marble was the color of sand, and the walls were a muted sea green.
It was larger than most hotel room balconies I've seen, and there was a table and two cushioned chairs. As the sun began to set, I sat and took in the view of the gardens and the ocean. I long for more sunsets on this balcony.
The spa features a eucalyptus steam room, a saltwater whirlpool, and a range of treatments, including massages and facials. With less than 24 hours at this hotel, I didn't have time to use the spa.
If I had another night at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, I would have dined at Florie's.
Herbs in the seasonal cocktails at Florie's Bar come straight from the hotel's garden. For those like me who don't drink, there are plenty of non-alcoholic cocktails available.
The restaurant serves dishes cooked over a live fire, from pizzas to steaks and fish entrées.
I would also have loved to dine on the shaded patio at Seaway, a seafood restaurant with a wide selection of proteins, including lobster, stone crab, and local red snappers, as well as oysters, tiger shrimp, and fresh tuna.
Many of the dishes feature tropical ingredients, such as coconut, pomegranate, and mango.
I wish I'd had time to relax by the pool while being served frozen fruit and cooling towels.
How often do you find a pristine beach free of crowds on a hot day?
Just past the pool at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, a sandy pathway leads to a private beach exclusive to Four Seasons guests. When I went, it was quiet and mostly empty. I wish I could have spent more time on this exclusive strip of the Florida coastline.
To truly relax into the luxury beach vibe of this five-star resort, I'll have to return for a longer stay to try the restaurants, experience poolside service, and spend more time on a quiet, peaceful beach.
